June 5th 2016 Gemini New Moon 2016 is at 14 degrees
A Grand Cross is a gateway involving very powerful archetypal forces. The players are Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, The Nodes, and the New Moon in Gemini conjunct Venus. These are 4 powerful archetypes:-
Saturn: The Wise Old Man, The Master, The Elder. Shadow The Pessimist. In the tarot is the Judgement card, however I prefer the symbolism of The Hermit.
Jupiter: The King of the Gods, Adventurer, Teacher, Preacher, Optimist. Shadow: The Gambler. The Wheel of Fortune in the tarot.
Neptune: The Mystic, The Saviour, The Artist. Shadow The Addict, the Martyr. The Hanged Man in the tarot.
Venus: The Goddess, The Lover. The Empress in the tarot.
Sun and Moon are in Gemini: The Storyteller, The Witness, The Journalist. The Shadow is The Gossip. In the tarot its The Lovers.
Key Insights
A Grand Cross in mutable signs, challenges us to change. Its a crossroads. The key is Jupiter as it is part of this configuration but also forms a trine with Mercury the Messenger and Pluto God of The Underworld and a symbol of enormous power. Pluto’s realm is the unconscious, the part of our mind where we can explore the buried treasures of our Soul.
SATURN in SAGITTARIUS – Using wise judgement. Recognising inner wisdom and maturity. Stepping up and being the Elder. The principle of karma- we are accountable for our actions.
NEPTUNE in PISCES – Spiritual wisdom. Prayer and listening to the inner voice within. Compassion and self love.
JUPITER IN VIRGO – Discrimination and sorting the truth from the lies. Who walks the talk? Practical results speak louder than words and opinions.
NEW MOON VENUS in GEMINI – We are being urged to be aware of the messages we receive. Mercury rules Gemini and is in Venus’s sign of Taurus, so ask what would love want? Keep grounded. Question and listen to all sides of an argument. Seek to integrate opposites.
New Moon Wish List
The New Moon is a seeding time. You can write your wish list up to 48 hours afterward. Gemini is all about communication, so you may wish to improve how you communicate. This coulrd be by attaending Toastmasters, or jpining a group of like minded peers to discuss current affairs.
Once you have created your wish list, be patient. Maybe some changes have to be made before your wishes can come true. These are some points to remember:-
- Make your wishes up to 48 hours after the New Moon-not before. Ideally 8 hours after the New Moon, however that may not be possible according to your time zone.
- Wishes are best handwritten as you put your energy into them that way.
- Write more than 1, but no more than 10.
- Be positive!
- Do not make wishes that affect others behaviour, however caring you may be.
- You need to make wishes about your own behaviour. Examples are:-
I want/wish to easily find myself attracted to…
I want/wish all blocks about … to be easily lifted from me. - Once you have made your list, put it away somewhere safe.

When contemplating the archetypes this New Moon in Gemini represents, I turned to a report I sell called The Sky Within. Steven Forrest, the author of this report, writes with poetic grandeur:-
