When I searched to find the best version on YouTube, I couldn’t believe this song was first sung in 1987.

The words have meaning that is timeless.

As I listened to the lyrics, I remember that ‘saying your prayers’ was a daily night time ritual when I was a child. Along the way I lost faith in my prayers being answered. After many years of healing my heart, my faith was restored.

However, I know that I need constant reminding in the power of prayer.
